RESOLUTION NO.
WH HEAS, the City ()emission o the City of Jaiami,
Florida, met on the day of , 1t2 ,
pursuant to the notice ofsaid meeting under section 56 0r
the City Charter, to hear all written objections to the con-
firmation of the Preliminary Assessment .doll of
Sidewalk In?rovenent 11o. 4 , District

any person whose property is desoribed in said Pre iminary
Assessment Roll, and
YTIMREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all mitten remonstrances filed
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons \:hose property is described in said. roll,
VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things con:: irried and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels o': ground described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against ez.ch of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of ground is benefited by said imp::cveraen t and that
such amounts are lzonortion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be -kid by said City of
Miami on account of hi3hvay intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvement,
in the sum of 2.698_5m , is hereby approved and con..* irrned.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
irina tion of said Pr el i::zinary :.sse .saaent Roll the same be
delivered to •`,'-le Director of Finance, and the Director of
Finance is hereby ordered, thirty (50) days a tsr date of
this resolution, to i;iake collections of the assessments
therein as re,uircd by law.
