WHEREAS, in the widening of11. W. tend Avenue it is mammary
that the city acquire the following dseoribsd property for inio#
pur pose , to -wit:
The West fifteen (15) feet of that oertain tract
of land desoribed as follows, to -wits
Beginning at the li. W. corner of lot twenlv ac-
cording to the plat of part of the N. W. quarter of
the S. E. quarter of Section 2 6, Township 53 South of
Range 41 East, on file in the office of the Circuit
Court of Dade County, llorida and recorded in Plat
Book "B" at page 69 of the Publio Records of Dade Coun-
ty, Florida; thence run South 150 feet; thence run
West 100 feet; thence run North 150 feet; thence run
...1;ast 100 feet to point of beginning; said tract be-
ing 150 feet on II. V. Second Avenue and 100 feet on
W. 25th Street; being the S. S. comer of the intersec-
tion of said street and avenue,

of Miami:
1: £bat the Oity Lianator be and ne is hereby authorized and
directed to purchase the above described property at and for the
sum of 800.00 from the Realty Securities Corporation as trustee.
2: A.11 deeds and papers pertaining to said transaction shall
be approved by the City Attorney.
3: That the sum of 4800.00 is hereby appropriated from the
Reserve for Contin•z:enoies for the purpose of purchasing said pro-
perty.
