WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared.and,snb- :
mitted to the Commission a budget estimate of the expends.
tures and revenues of all City Departments, Divisions and
Offices for the ensuing fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the Commission has prepared an appropri-
ation ordinance using the City Manager's estimate for the
basis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That public hearings on the proposed appropriation
ordinance before the Commission sitting as a Committee of
the whole shall be held at the City Hall in Miami, Florida,
at the regular meetings of the City Commission from nine
o'clock A. M., on Tuesday, June loth__, Tuesday, June 1 7th
and Tuesday, June _ 24th , 1924.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day ofJune, 1924.
