and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the inoi-
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of coat and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Reaolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shay_ cause to be
published for at least onoe in the Miami ie;a1d
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami,
to be held at the City mall in the City of ::ixLi,
on the Ord lay of June 1924
at 9:00 A. M. o'clock, the Commission of the City of Miami,
will rear the reL:enatranoes of persons interested to the confirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said improvement.
