Whereas, on the lot _ day of April
19 E4 , the Commission of the City of Mimi, Florida,
passel and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as gighway

, and directed the City Manager to prepare
and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incl..
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of coat and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by, the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore{ Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the Miami herald
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami,
to be held at the City hall in the Cite• of l:iaz:.i,
on the J d day of June 192 4
at 9:00 A. M. ctolcck, the Commission of the City of Miami,
will hear the remonstrances of persona interested to the confirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said improvement.
