Whereas, on the let

day of April
1924 , the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as Rim Improvement No. gee*
District g.,Lg3 , and directed the City Manager to p;epare
and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost t::ereof, including an estimate of the inci-
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the Miami Herald
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission cf the City of Miami,
to be held at the City- hall in the City of Hiar-i,
on the 3rd day o: June 1E2 4
at 9:00 A. M. o'clock, the Commission of the City of Miami,
will hear the reL:onstrances of persons interested to the confirma-
tion of said resolution_ ordering said impr cement.
