Whereas, on the , day of April
19 24 , the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
passed and
designated
District , and directed the City Manager to prepare
and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the coat thereof, including an estimate of the inci-
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore; Be It Resolves by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the Miami Herald
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission cf the City of Miami,
to be held at the City rill in the City of L`i&Li,
on the 3rd 13y of June 1924

tion of said resolution ordering said improvement.
