Whereas, on the dat of April
i ESOLUTION NO.
191A , the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as 3i4&, y Improvement No. 11,01
Distriot H.281 , and directed the City Manager to prepare
and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the inei- :_
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Thereforei Be It.Reaolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the Miami Herald
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission cf the City of Miami,
to be held at the Cit7 4,11 in the City of Y.iani,
on the •3rd day of June 19,g'
at 9•00 A. M. o'clock, the Commission of the City of Miami,
will hear the remonstrances of persons interested to the confirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said improvement.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of MO
