Whereas, on the let day of April
19 @4 , the Commission of the City of Miami,' Florida,
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as High' Improvement No. R"UO
District H-ESO , and directed the CityMana er to
g prepare'.
and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the inci-
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore; Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the Miami Herald
a new paper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission cf the Cityof
to.be held at the Cityhall in the City Miami,
