District H-228 , and directed the City Manager.toprepare'.:.
and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the inci-
dental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Therefore Be It Reaolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the Miami Herald
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami,
to be held at the City tall in the City of :`.i:;ni,
on the 3rd
day of June 1924
at 9:00 A. M. o'clock, the Commission of the City of Miami,
will hear the remonstrances of persona interested to the confirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said improvement.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of May
