Improvement No,
Whereas, on the, let day of April
, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as Highway Improvement No. 11-22t.
District H-227 , and directed the City Manager to prepare
and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the ooat thereof, including an estimate of the inci-
dental expenses, and the said plans and apeeificationa and estimate
of coat and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the City Clerk,
Thereforet Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, That the City Clerk shay'_ cause to be
published for at least once in the Miami Herald
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami,
to be held at the Cit: r411 in the Cite of :'.i;:.:i,
on t .e 3rd day of June

at 0:00 A. M. o'clock, the Commission of the City of Miami,
will hear the remonstrances of persons interested to the confirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said impr;Re:^ent.
