mortgage in the sum of $95,000.00 given them by the Oity of Mi-
ami in part payment of a piece of river front property, 'Said"
mortgage being dated November 28th, 1923, and
WAS, the semi-annual interest amounting to 42,850:60
will be due and payable on the 28th day of May, 1924,
NOW, THERP'ORE, B3 IT RE8OLVED by the Commission of the
0ity of Miami:
1: That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to pay to The LeBiond & Drr Company the
sum of $2,850.00 for semi-annual interest due on the said mort-
gage.
2: That the sum of $2,850.00 be,. and is hereby,appropriat-
ed from the General :hand Surplus far the purpose of making said
payment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, A. D. 1924.
