IHRAS, this being the date set for the reception of bits
for Seven Hundred Twenty -Five Thousand Dollars (r26,000.00)
Series "W" Special Improvement Bonds of the City of Miami,
de, and
WHRRRL8, upon tabulation of the bids received and submitted
by tr.e Director of Finance it appeara that the bid of The Robin -
eon -Humphrey Company of Atlanta, Georg ia, of $705,548.25 for 41%
bonds is the highs et and beat bid received and it is deemed advis-
able and to the beet interest of the City to accept the said bid
of The Robinson -Humphrey Company,
NOW, THER&ORE, BE IT RESCUED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
1: That the bid of The Robinson -Humphrey Company of Atlanta,
Georgia, of 4705, 548.25 for 4725, 000.00 Series "W" Special Improve-
ment Bonds at an interest rate of 40 per annum be, and the same
is hereby, accepted.
2: That the City Clerk be, and is hereby, directed to return
to the unsuccessful bidders the checks received with their bids.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, A. D. 1924.
