Section 1. That the preamble° of sa id Resolution No. 1394
be and are hereby amended by striking therefrom all reference
to Sewer Improvements 81, 82 and 86, thereby amending the total
of the sixth column of the schedule therein contained, which
sixth oclumn shows the amount o2 special assessments as made and
confirmed for Sanitary Sewer Improvements 56, 57, 58 and 59, and
the estimated amount of special assessments hereafter to be made
for the remaining Sanitar; Sewer Improvements, so as to make said.
total 4145,984.17 instead of 4i170,530.03.
Section 2. That Section 1 of said Resolution No. 1394 be
and is hereby amended by changing the amount of the authorized
bond issue from 4'750,000 to 4725,000, so that said Section 1 as
so amended shall read ea follows:
sect ion 1. £hat in order to pay the coat of said
highway, sidewalk and storm sewer improvements, and in-
cidental expenses pertaining thereto, and that portion
of the cost of said sanitary improvements via ioh has been
specially assessed or is to be specially assessed as es-
timated herein, and to re imburse any City fund or funds
from which all or a portion of such cost has been paid,
or shall be pa id bef ore the receipt of the proceeds of
the bends herein authorized, the negotiable bonds of the
City of I.liami in the aggregate amount of 4725,000 shall
be issued, and the proceeds thereof shall be applied to
the several improvements hereinabove named in the pro-
portion which the aggregate amount set out in columns 4,
5 and 6 c the above diagram, opposite the designation
of each improvement, bears to the aggregate of the totals
of all figures in said 4th, 5th and 6th columns.
Seotion 3. Ilhat Seotion 2 of said resolution idc. 13 94 be and
the same is hereby amended to provide for such reduced issue of
bonds s o that said Section 2 as se amended shall read as follows:

1, 1924, and shall consist of 725 bonds of 41,000
each, numbered from 2980 to 3704, both inolue�re, end
bear interest at a rate to be hereinafter determined,
not exceeding six per centum per ennum, payable semi-
annually on the first days of December and June of
eaoh year upon the presentation of coupons to be at.►
taohed to said bonds, both principal and interest to
be payable in gold coin of the United States of the
present standard of weight and fineness at the UtlitIQ
States Mortgage & :rust Company in the City of New York.
Section 4. That Section 3 of said Resolution No. 13,94 be and
the same is hereby a nnnded in order to fix the maturities of said
reduced issue, so that said Section 3 as so amended shall read ail
follows:
Section 3. Mat the said bonds shall ma tur e
without option of prior payment in numerical order,
lowest numbers first, 476,000 annually June 1, 1926
to 1933 inolusive, and 4+125,000 June 1, 1934.
Section 5. i'hat as so amended said Resolution 11o. 1394 is
hereby re-enacted, all the sections thereof not herein amended to
be deemed to relate to said bond issue as reduced hereby and to
all of the local improvements set forth in said Resolution No.
1394, except Sanitary Sewer Improvements 81, 82 and 86.
