ized by resolutions of the Commission of the City of Miami have
been duly ratified and confirmed by the Commission of the Oily of
Miami,
NOW, THER82' OR$, BB IT RBS OLVED by the C omm ie s i o n of the O i ty
of Miami:
1: Ma: the City Manager be, and he is hereby, direo ted to
make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary assessment roll
of each of said improvements as provided in Section 56 of the City
Charter.
2: That upon the filing of said preliminary asses8ent rolls,
the City Clerk cause notice to ba given in a newspaper published
in the City twice weekly for two weeks, stating that at a meeting
of the Commission of the City of Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a pertain hour, not less than twelve days from the date of
the first publication, any person whose property is desoribed in
said preliminary assessment rolls, may appear and file written ob-
jections to the oonftrl::ation of the said preliminary assessment
rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, A . D. 1924.
