TO THS PURLIOIff FUND.
MEW , the Chamber of Commerce has submitted oertetn
bills for printing and publishing of advertisements duly., ap•.
proved by them and request the payment of same from the Pu.-
blio ity Fund of the City of Miami, and
WHERRLS, it is necessary that an appropriation of .725.
83 be made to the Publicity Fund for the purpose of provid-
ing sufficient funds for the payment of the said bills,
PINWORM, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the O i tr
of Miami:
1: That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to pay the following bills from the
Publicity Fund of the City of Miami, to -wit:
Borland Advertising Agency' 419,110.43
The Record Company 14,500.00
Total 0$3,610.43
2: That the sum of $72 5.83 be, and is hereby, appro-
priated from the General Fund Surplus to the Publicity Fund
for the purpose of providing sufficient funds for the pay-
ment of the bills hereinabove set forth.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, A . D. 1924.
