OF THE CITY OF I IAMX, 'IOBIDA, That the City Manager:.
hereby, directed to ;sake and file with the City.Gler&...,
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provide
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FjaTHER RESOLVED, That .upon the filing of said
preliminary assecsatent roll, the City Clerk cause notice,
to be given in a newspaper published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, stating that at a meeting of the
Commission pf the City of `'iami to be held on a certain
day and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days
from the date of the first publication, any person whose
property is described in said preliminary assessment roll,
may appear and file written objections to the confirmation
-± the said preliminary roll.
