for refund of taxes in the amount of $$6.00, cover
erroneous assessment against Lots 13-14,llook 2 of liar
Of ]den. This refund is recommended by lir. C.g.Oriag,
Tax Assessor, as two houses were assessed as being on
this property, whereas there was only one house on the
two lots.
1 therefore recommend that the Director of kinanoe
be authorized to refund Mr. Mercer in the sum of 466.00
for this erroneous assessment.
