That the : prinCipal..and' interest of Special assessments .which biave_ heretofore ..been:made or hereafter be made. -for :any or all of the foregoing improve - meats, shall be planed in the fund known as "Improvement ... 1.zi Thud No. 19" created by Resolution 940, passed August 21 1923, and shall be used only for purposes for which the said Improvement Fund No. 19 was crated. Section 6. That notwithstanding the foregoing provisions for the segregation of special assessments forthe payment of the bonds herein authorized and other improvement bonds and the interest thereof, the principal and interest of the bonds herein authorized shall be payable from a general tax to be levied upon all the taxable property in the City of Liiami, sufficient in amount to meet the payment of the princioal and interest thereof as the same shall fall due as provided by Section 56 of the Charter now in force, and such levy shall be _lade in each year while the bonds herein authorized shall be outstanding. Section 7. That the Director of Finance is authorized to negotiate for the sale of said bonds without public advertisement, subject to the confirmation thereof by the requisite vote of the City Commission. 211863.
