I have a proposition which SO hereto attaehsd.
from Mr. R.A.S.Pea000k to sell to the it lot 2Y Of
Peacock's Re -Subdivision of lots 2 and 3 of block 16
Erickson's Addition for the price of 6229.60. This
lot 27 will connect a broken link on iW 19th St. tbrongh_
the Dale Miller subdivision.
for this purpose, 1 would recommend the pur-
chase of the lot, and will ask that a resolution be
passed authorizing the purchase of same out of the
General fund eurplue s the remainder in the Street
Widening Bond Fund has all been pledged.

Referring to our conversation some time bank, 1
made a proposition to you that 1 would deed to the
City of Miami lot 27 of rea000k'a Re -Subdivision of
lots 2 and 3 ofl�riokson°a Addition, if the city would
oanoel the sewer liens affeoting my property in this
Subdivision.
The total amount of liens together with interest to
date amount to 4210.60, and 1 paid a sewer lien a few
days ago on one of the lots, amounting to 919.00, which
would make a total of Q229.60.
Lot No. 27, which 1 offer you, will open up 19th St.
NW, connecting with 19th :it. through the Dale killer Sub-
division, but es you will need a small corner off of lot
26, 1 will undertake to get you a deed to whatever is
needed off this lot to put the street through.
..indly let me know your decision es early es possible
and oblige.
