RECEIVED AND Far)
Enclosed herewith are three copies of
Pryor's Bawicontract for the season of 1924-1925.
You will note that in accordance with
the conversation between the commissioners and the mem-
bers of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce
the season has been extended from 16 weeks to 18 weeks.
:he only change in the contract is the
total price for the two additional weeks, the weekly
amount being the same as lest year.
It was felt that the season should
start on December 7th which is a Sunday, this giving us
an opportunity to have the opening crowd photographed
to use for our publicity purposes.
I am also enlosing a copy of the sepa-
rate contract which the ',Member of Commerce, under the
arrangement, would draw up with Mr. Pryor providing for the
payment of the 3 extra musicians the same as last year.
This is for your files.
11ould the contract be found correct and
meet with the approval of the commissioners we would be
pleased to have the copies signed by those city officials
necessary an,,, two of the copies sent to us, and we will be
Mr. Frank H. 'Marton,
City,Hall,
Miami, Florida.
