You will note that in accordance with the conversation between the commissioners and the mem- bers of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce the season has been extended from 16 weeks to 18 weeks. :he only change in the contract is the total price for the two additional weeks, the weekly amount being the same as lest year. It was felt that the season should start on December 7th which is a Sunday, this giving us an opportunity to have the opening crowd photographed to use for our publicity purposes. I am also enlosing a copy of the sepa- rate contract which the ',Member of Commerce,under the arrangement, would draw up with Mr. Pryor providing for the payment of the 3 extra musicians the same as last year. This is for your files. 11ould the contract be found correct and meet with the approval of the commissioners we would be pleased to have the copies signed by those city officials necessary an,,, two of the copies sent to us, and we will be Mr. Frank H.
