That the construction of the following described iin;'i"ovement
is hereby ordered to ')e made, the Commission ci the City oi: Miami,
I`lorida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
56 of the City Charter.

sidewalk to be constructed ox sewer to be laid. The material,
nature and character of such improvement with the terminal points
and width thereof:

curbs. Constructing concrete curb 6" wide and 12" deep

foundation of local nit rock 5" thick, all being. 19 feet wide
and extending: from curb to curb; and by the construction of the
necessary basins and connections to sewers.

vrith the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the est i::7a ted amount to be assessed against the abutting _roper-
