of N. L. 2nd Ave. To be improvod by grading thereof between
curbs. Constructing concrete curb 6" wide and 12" deep and a•
concrete gutter 18" wide and 6" deep on both sides of street;
constructing sheet asphalt pavement 3" thick upon a foundation:
of local pit rock 8" thick, all being 39 feet wide and extending
from curb to curb; and by the construction of the necessary
catch basins and connecting to sewers
The City LIanager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
-nth the City Clerk plans and specifications o:' said improvement
and an estivate of the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting -roper-
ty per front foot, including an estivate of the cost of the ex -
