That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to 'A made, the Commission of the City a Miami
Ploride, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under 8eot.ot '.

nature and character of such improvement with the terminal potato
and width thereof:

W. P1a.rler Street from the W. line of W. 12th Ave., to the.
East curb line of W. 8th Ave. to be improved by grading thereof
between curbs. Constructing concrete curb 6" wide and 12" deep'
and a concrete gutter 18" wide and 6" deep on both sides of street;`'`
constructing sheet asphalt pavement 3" thick upon a foundation
of local pit rock and by the construction of the necessary catch
basins and connections to sewers.
The City ISanager is hereby directed to prepare end to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting ..roper-
ty .per front foot, including an estimate of the cost of the ex-
pense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the rlorl:, the preparation of plans and speoi::ioa-
tions and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and
.scoceedings, the preparation of bonds, and any other exnenses ne-
cessary and -proper. this improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings, assessments and bonds as iig_hvay
Improvement No. r-227 and the ^property against which assessments
may be made for fa coet thereof, hereunder shall be designated
