is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of the Oity of Miami
Florida, hereby setting forth its intention to prooeed under 8eot.O
56 of the Oity Charter.

curbs. Constructing concrete curb 6" wide and 12" deep and a '
concrete gutter 18" wide and 6" deep on both sides of the street..
constructing sheet asphalt pavement 3" thick uncn a foundation
of local it rock; and by the construction of the necessary
catch basins and connections to se'.iers.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the Oity Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the oast thereof, which estimate shall show
the est i;aa ted amount to be assessed against the abutting ,roper-
. ty per front foot, including an estimate of the cost of the ex-
pense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the morl:, the ;reaaration of plans and specifica-
tions and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and
_Iroceedin„ , the preparation of bonds, and any other ex,)enses ne-
cessary u.id': offer. This improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings, assessments and bonds as Hishvtay
