That the c onstruotion of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to 'ae made, the Commission of the Oity of MUSA,
Plorida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
56 of the City Charter.
Description of hi„h;ray or )art thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material,
nature and charaoter of such improvement with the terminal points
and width thereof:
N. W. 14th St., from W. line of N. W. 7th Ave. to E. line of
N. W. loth Ave. to be improved by grading thereof between curbs;
'by the oonstruoting of oonorete ourb 6" wide and 12" deep and a
oonorete gutter 18" wide and 6" deep, on both sidesof street; oon-
struoting pavement of asphaltic macadam 2" thick upon a foundation
of local pit rook 5# thick, all being 29 feet wide and .extending
from curb to curb; and by the oonstruotion of the neoessary catch
basins and connections to sewers.
The City Manager is hereby directed tc prepare and to file
rith the City Clerk ;plans and specifications o: said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting ^aroper-
ty ;per front loot, including an estimate of the cost of the ex -

intendence o= the r,ark, the :re_)aaraticn of plans and speoi:,.ica-
tiors and cstiiaate, the ?rinzin„ and publishing of notices and
