the City Manager to enter into contract with J. J. Quinn
Company for construction of streets and paving Under High-
way Improvements 213, 214 and 215, and

duly executed by the City of Miami and the contractor to-
gether with bond furnished by said contractor, both bond
and contract havin . been approved by the City Attorney as
to form and execution,

the City of Miami:
