Charter, to hear all written objections to the confirmation of

WHEREAS, The Commission of the City of Miami having received
and considered all written remonstrances filed to the Canfia-
mation of the preliminary roll by any persons whose property
is described in said roll,
THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED BY the Commission of the City of
Uiami,Florida, that the prima facie assessment, as indicated
or. said preliainary acsessment roll, be and is in all things
confirmed and sustained eaminst any and all -lots or parcels of
ground described therecn or aodified as follow's):

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEL, than the suas and amounts against
each of the 'eta or parcels of ground in said preliminary
assessment roll (as hereia modified) is less than the amount
that each of said lots or parcels of ground is benefited by
said imaroveaent, and that the proportion of said cost to
paid by said City of Miaai on account of highway intersection
is he sum set opposite to the same therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sum of
ea:; S250. 30 is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ten (10) days after date
of this confirmation of eaid aasessment :cal the same be
