Charter, to hear all written objections to the confirmation o$

and considered all written remonstrances filed to the oonfi::—

each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary
assessment roll (as herein ruodified) is less than the acount
that each of said lots or parcels of ground is benefited by
said irLprove:aent , and that the proportion of said cost to : e

is the sum set opposite to the same therein.
The total cost of the said improvement, in the sum of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ten (10) days after date
