WHEREAS, these taxes on this lot.
were paid by DuRant Building Company on Tax
Receipt #8030;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
the Commission of the City of Miami that the
Director of Finanoe be and is hereby author-
ized and direoted to refund to the DnRant
Building Company the sum of $264.00 for taxes
erroneously assessed against Lot 18, Block 61
of Lawrence Estate.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this let day of
April, A. D. 1924.
