into contract with John J. ;4'uinn Company for construction of Beware
under Sanitary Sewer Improvement Districts Nos. 90. 91 and 92, and
WECEREAS, the City Manager has submitted,said contract duly ex-
ecuted by the Oily of Miami and the contractor togetherlwith bond
furnished by said contractor, both bond and contract having been
approved as to ?Arm and executi ou. by the City Attorney,
