BULKHEADS AROUND OBRTAIN PORTIONS OF HAY-
FRONT PARK.
WRER.RAS, it appears that the proposal of the Comer-Bbaar7
Foundation Company for the construction of timber sheet -pile
bulkhead around portions of the proposed Bay Front Park at and
for the sun of 470,320.00 is the lowest and beat bid received
for such work,
THr 'ORh, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
•
1 : That the bid of The Comer-bbaary Foundation Company
for the construction of timber sheet -pile bulkheads around cer-
tain portions of the proposed Bay Front Park at and for the sun
of 470,320.00 be, and is hereby, accepted.
2: That the City Man ag e r b e , and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to enter into contract with the said Comer-Ebeary
Foundation Company for said work and to require the contractor
to furnish bond, said contract and bond to be approved as to
form and execution by the City Attorney.
3: That the City Manager submit to the Commission the con-
tract and bond of the successful bidder to be approved and con-
firi. ed by the City 'Commission.
4: That the Cii1 Clerk- return to the unsuccessful bidders
the certified checks and bid bonds which accompanied their bids.
