WHEREAS; the contract entered into for the improvement of
8AlIPARY 8sna IMPROVAUUT DISTRICT 110. 54
authorised by resolution of the Commission of the City 0111.1.21111
has been properly and completely done and said work duly
accepted by the Commission of the City of Aiami,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City,Manager be and ie hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary
assessment roll of said improvement as provided in Section 58
of the 4ity. Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll, the City Clerk cause notice to be
given in a newspaper published in the City twice weekly for
two weeks, stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the
City of Miami to be held on a certAin lay and at a certain hour,
not leg$ than twelve days fror.a the date of the first publica—
tion, any person whose prcperty is described in said prelimin—
ary assessment roll, may appear and file written objections to
the confirmation of the said preliminary roll.

1924.
