NO3. 90, 91 AND 92.
WHEREAS, tabulation of the bids reoeived on Udaroh l8th, 1924, ter
sewer castings under Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 90, 91 and 92,
have been prepared and submitted by the City Manager and the Direoto?.
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the proposal of the C. H. Lyne Povndtq
and i:;aohine Company ter the furnishing of castings under said Die—

tricts at and for the sum of Y1871.14 is the lowest and best bid re
ce ived,
TH43311CRII, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the at, of Miami:
1: That the bid cz' the 0. R. Lyne Foundry and Lachine Company
for castin;;s under Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 90, 91 and 92,
at and for the sum of 41871.14, be, and is hereby, accepted.
2: That the Cit? Lanager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to enter into contract with the said C. H. Lyne Company for
said castings, said oontrcct to be approved as to form and execution
by the city Attorney.
3: l'hat the City Lanager submit to the Commission the contract
ox the successful bidder to be approved and confirmed by the City Com-
mission.
4; That the City Clerk return to the unsuccessful bidders the
certi-ied oheeke and bid bonds which accompanied their bids.
