1 RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THESUM
OF POUR THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE
GENERAL POND SURPLUS TO THE DEPART.,
MENT OF FINANCE.
WHEREAS, .the Director of Pinang,* reports
that it is neoeesary to obtain an additional ap-
propriation in the Department of Finance for the
next three months of the present fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Com-
mission of the City of Miami that the Director of
Finance be and is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $4,000.00 from the General Fund
Surplus to the Department of Finance in the following
distribution:
OFFICE OF DIRECTOR
Furniture & Fixtures 180-76 $ 600.00
DIVISION OF TAX
Salaries 181-01 1,500.00
Stationery & Office Supplies 181-18 600.00
ACCOUNTING DIVISION
Stationery & Office Supplies 182-18 500.00
PURCHASING DIVISION
Salaries 183-01 900.00
$4,000.00
