WHBRRAS, the City Commission by resolution adopted at
the meeting of Larch 18th, 1924, authorized and directed the
City Manager to enter into contract with 2. B. 1doGahey Compai
for construction of streets and laving. under Highway Improvement
Districts Noe. 218, 219 and 222, and
WHIMEAS, the City Manager has submitted said contract duly
executed by the City o. Miami and theoontraetor together with
bond furnished by said contractor, both band and contract hav—
ing been approved as to for:r. and execution by the City Attorney,
NOVI, Iiii'C.Rn, BR IJ! HaiOLVLD by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
1: 1at the said contract between the City of Miami and
. J'. B. MoGahey Company for construction of streets and paving
under Highway Improvements IZos. 218, 219 and 222, be and the
same is hereby, ratified and confirmed by the Commission of the

2: That the bond furnished by the said contractor be and
