WHLRLAS, the City Commission by resolution adopted at
the meeting o. idaroh 18th, 1924, authorized and directed the
Oity Manager to enter into contract with Morgan -Hill Paving
Company for construction of streets and paving under Highway
Improvements Los. 216, 217,220, 221 and 223, and
MEHR e, the City Manager has submitted said contract
duly executed by the City of Liami and the contractor toge-
ther with bond furnished by said contractor, bath bond and
contract having been approved as to form and execution by the
City Attorney,
THMZPORB, BE IT Hr.SOLVLD by the Commission of the City
of L iami:
1: That the s.:,id contract between the City of Miami
and the :1:organ-Hi11 Paving Company for construction of streets
and pavin3 under Highmy Improvements Nos. 216, 217, 220, 221
and 223 be, and the same is hereby, ratified and confirmed by
the Commission of the City of Miami.
2: That the bond furnished by the said contractor be and
is hereby, approved.
PASS:D AND ADOPT'SD this 25th day of March, A. D. 1924.
