WHEREAS/ the Contract entered into for the improvement b

authorised by resolution of the Commission of, the City of 3ttaxti
has been properly and completely done and said work duly
accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
•CITY'OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the CityiManager be and is hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary
assessment roll of said improvement.as provided in Section 56
of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESO LVFD, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll, the City Clerk cause notice to be
given in a newspaper published in the City twice weekly for.
two weeks, stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the
City of Miami to be held on a cert#,in day and at a certain hour,
not leas that t.elve days fror: the date of the first publica-
tion, any person whose property i3 described in said prelimin-
ary assessment roll, may appear and file written objections to
the confirmation of the said preliminary roll.
