has been properly and completely done and said work duly
accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION Qr. THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the CitylManager be and As hereby
directed. to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary
assessment roll of said improvement as provided in Section 56
of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVFD, that upon the filing of said -
preliminary assessment roll, the City Clerk cause notice to be
given in a newspaper published in the City twice weekly for
two weeks, etating that at a meeting of the Commission of the
City of Miami to be held on a certain lay and at a certain hmr,
not less than twelve days from the date of the first publica-
tion, any person whose property is described in said prelimin-
ary assessment roll, may appear an file written objections to
the confirmation of the said preliminary roll.
