WR RBAS, under Resolut ion No. 1265, adopted Pebruaryr 5th,
1924, the City Couunission authorized the Ctty Manager to employ
Mr. warren R. Manning for services in conneotion with the Bay
Pront Park, other Parks, thoroughfares, harbor and street pann-
ing under the terms and conditions as set forth in the proposal
of Mr. Manning, excepting the districting or "zoning" of the
City and its surroundings, and
W RFAAS, under the terms of the agreement Mr. Manning has
submitted for payment a bill for services rendered in the sum
of :fi853.56,
THEP.r:FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City •
of Miami:
1: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to pay the bill of said 'Warren E. Manning in the
sum of 4853.56 for professional services rendered.
2: What the sure of 853.56 be, and is hereby, appropriat-
ed from the Park Bend _`und for the purpose of paying said. bill.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13t: day of March, A. D. 1924.
