29TH STREET OVER THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND TRACKS
OF THE P. £. O. R. . COMPANY UNDER 'TIER 00NDi»
TIONS SST FORTH IN. THIS El SOLUTION.
WHBRSAS, the City Manager reports that an agreement has
been reaohed between the City and the F. E. C. 41. , Co. for the
paving of N. :.!:. 29th Street across the right-of-way and tracks
of the sa..d Railway Company whereby the City and the Railyay
Company are to bear on an equal basis the cost of the paving,
which is estimated at 43,300.00: the Railway Company to do the
work and bill the City for one-half of the the cost thereof as
shown by the records after the work is finished, and
WRJ RLAS, it is the sense of the City Commission that the
proposal for the City and tiie iiailway Company to bear an equal
share of the cost of such paving is a fair and equitable adjust-
ment and that the work should be proceeded with,
THEREFORE, B. I2 RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
have the ='. E. C. Ry. Co. proceed with the work of paving the
N. R. 29th Street crossing and bill the City for one-half of
the cost of such work after the same shall be done.
