WAS, the City Commission, by resolution adopted i'ebruary
19th, 1924, authorized and directed the Oily Manager to enter into
contract with Alexander Orr, Jr., for mechanical equipment at the
Miami City Hospital at and for the sun of 416,675.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Iaanager has submitted said contract duly
executed by the City of Miami and the contractor together with
surety bond furnished by said contractor, both bond and contract
having been approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney,
NOW, £HiRJ'ORi, BS I 2 Ri:SOLVLD by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
- 1: That the said cant_•act between the City of Miami and
Alexander Orr. Jr., for furnishing and installing mechanical equi-
ment at the Miami City Hospital at and for the sum of 416;675.00,
be, and the same is hereby, ratified and confirmed by the City
Commission o. the 'Jity of Miami.
2: 2ha t the bond furnished by the said contractor be, and
the same is hereby, approved.
