THE MIAW CITY HOSPITAL.
WHORLS, the C ity Commission, by resolution passed Febru-
ary 19th, 1924, authorized and directed the Oity Manager to en-
ter into vontraot with George Jahn for the fu*'hishing of labor
and materials and the ereotion and oonstrvation of laundry and
Power Building at and for the sum of 417,800.00 and connecting
Corridors, according to alternate estimate #2, at and for the
sum of 413,466.00, and
WHIEREAS, the City Manager has submitted said oontraot duly
executed by the City of Miami and the contractor together with
bond furnished by said contractor, both bond and oontraot hav-
ing been approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney,
NOW, THE r2ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
1: That the said contract between the City of Miami and
George Jahn for furnishing of labor and materials and the ereo-
tion and construction of Laundry and P ower Building at and for
the sum of 417,800.00 and connecting Corridors, according to
alternat4 estimate , 2, at anu for the sum of $13,466.00, be, and
the same is hereby, ratifieu and confinned by the City Commis-
sion of the City of Miami.
2; That t„o bond furnished by the said oontraotor be, and
the same is hereby, approved.
