• RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING OBRTAIN WORK
DONE AT THE BASEBALL PANG OWNED BY THE
OITY OP MIAMI AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAY-
MENT THEREOF.
WHEW the Director of Public Servioe and Welfare
reports that to finish up the City's Baseball Park ready
for use it will be necessary to have the following work
done, to -wit:
Fencing $3,600.00
Grading grounds, base-
ball diamond and foot-
ball field. . . . . . . . 1,700.00
Planting of shrubs and
vines on fence 600.00
Miscellaneous 200.00
TOTAL f6,000.00
at an estimated oast as shown herein, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Commission that the
work should be done and the said park completed and made
ready for use,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
1: That the work necessary to complete and finish
up the City's Baseball Park readyfor use be, and the same
is hereby, ordered done.
2: That the cost of such work shall be paid from the
Park Bond Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of February, A. D.
1924.
