1 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OIT! WAGER
TO HAVE OAP -LOG AT THE EAST END ON THE UM*
NICIPAL.PIER RIDPLLOED AND PROVIDING POR
THE PAYMENT OP THE SAID INDEX.
WHEREAS, the Director of Pubiio Servioehas requested
that the oap-log et the east end of the Municipal Pier be
replaced and has estimated the cost of such replacement to
be approximately $600.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the said cap -
leg be replaced and the cost of the work paid from the Har-
bor Bond Fund,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami :
1: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to have the oap-log at the east end of
the Municipal Pier replaced.
2: That the oast thereof shall be paid from the
HOar Bond Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of February, A. D.
1924.
