Whereas, the Commission Of the City of Miami, by reso'
lution passed and adopted the 89th day of Jannar7 19,Jj..
ordered Highway Improvement U-223, District H-223
and the City ! anacer, under the direction of the Commission of
the City of Miami, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, includinG an esti:.;ate of the cost of the
incidental expenses cf said improvement, and whereas due notice
by eubii.cation as required by the City Charter has been rude
that the Cowmission of the City of Miami would on the

Hall, at 9;00 e.m* o'clock, receive and hear the remonstrances
of all interested persons to the ccnfirr:►a.tion of said reaclution
ordtrin; caid improvement, and all rerconstranees received having

Therefore, to It resolved by the Commission of the City
