Thereas, the Commission Of the City of Miami, by reso.-
lution passed and adopted the 29th dayof .nvtn>. 9 24
ordered Highviav Improvement H-222District A- =2
and the City Manager, under the direction of the Commission of
the City of Miami, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk
plans and specifications or such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice
by publication as required by the City Charter has been wade
that the Co,ur.lission of the City of il:iai t would on the
19th day of February 192 4 , at the City
Hall, at 9:00 a.m. o'clock, receive and hear the remonstrances
of all interested peraor.s to the confirmation of said resolution
ordtring said improvement, and all remonstrances received having
been heard and considered by the Commission of the City of Miami.
