Thereas, the Commission Of the City of Miami, by reso.
lution passed and adopted the 29tt day of lAnnary 1924
ordered HigewaY Improvement 217215 District 11-215
and the City Manacer, under the direction of the Commioeion of
the City cf Miami, has ereared and filed with the City Clerk
plans and seecifications or such imerovement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, inoludinG an estimate of the cost of the
ineidental,ex,penses cf said imerovement, and whereas due notice
by publication as required by the City Charter has been made
that the Commission of the City of Mami would on the
19th day of February 192 4 , at the City
Hall, at 9:00 am • o'clock, receive and hear the remonstrances
of all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution
ordtrin3 said improvement, and all remonstrances received having
been heard and considered by the CUI:44031.0r. of the City of Miami.
Therefore, Le It resolved by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, that the said resoldtion of the Commission of
the City cf Mani orderin3 said piptlway Improvement No. H-215
ristrict H-215 be, and the same is hereby oonfirmed.
Be It Further Resolved, that the City Clerk cause to be
