Whereas, the Commission Of the City of Miami, by reed.
lution passed and adopted the 29th day of January
ordered Highway Improvement R-213, District H-213
and the City 1anager, under the direction of the Commission of
the City of l iarni, has prepared' wand filed with the City Clerk
plans and sNecific;ations oI such improvement and an estimate
of the ecst thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses cf said improvement, and whereas due notice
by publication as required by the City Charter has been wade
that the Com.:ission of the City of Eiarai would on the
19th day of February 1924 , at the City
Hall, at 9:00 a.m. o'clock, reoeive and hear the remonstrances
of all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution
ordearin3 said improvement, and all remonstrances received having
been heard and considered by the Co►aruioaion of the City of Miami.
Therefore, Le It Peaoived by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida, that the said resolution of the Commission of
