WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami
met on the 19th day of_YebraarY l924, pursuant
to the notice of said caseating under Section 56 of the City
Charter, to hear all written objections to the confirmation of
the preliminary assessment roll of Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 50
,Distriot Sr. 60 by any person
whoae property is described in said preliminary rain and
WHEREAS, The Commission of the City of Miami having received
and considered all written remonstrances filed to the man: -
nation of the preliminary roll by any persons whose property
is described in said roll,
THEREFORE BF IT REF:Cr/YU BY the Comreuseion of the City of
Iiiamt,Florida, -that the prima facie as3esament, as indicated
on said preliminary assessment roll, be and is in all things
confirmed and sustained a-ainst any and all lots or parcels of
ground described theresn (ur modified as follow° •
